Day Care
Need information about
day care programs? Want to complain?

Agency
for Child Development (ACD)
ACD, part of the Administration for Children's Services, runs
an informational hotline that can provide information on day care
services. This is the office to call to put your name on the waiting
list to receive child care subsidies. ACD's resource area offices
provide information on day care eligibility. You'll need to make
an appointment to determine whether you are eligible for the program.
Be forewarned: It can be very difficult to get through to schedule
an appointment.
