Disabled Services

Disabilities cut across all society's lines of race, age, religion, gender, sexual preference and socio-economic status. You can be born into the ranks of the disabled or join them -- through illness or injury -- at any time in life. People with disabilities scored a tremendous victory in 1990 with the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act guaranteeing the right of full access and participation to people with disabilities.
