AIDS Hotline
For information on AIDS and HIV, counseling, or referrals, call the City's AIDS Hotline. All calls are confidential and the caller will not be asked for his or her name. There is sometimes a long wait on the line for a counselor. For the quickest help, the Hotline suggests calling between 4 pm and 9 pm on weekdays or between 9 am and 9 pm on weekends.

AIDS Serviceline
The AIDS Serviceline operated by the City's HIV/AIDS Services Administration provides information and referrals. Case managers can connect individuals with the services they need.
