If you or someone you know has a problem with substance abuse, or if you need referrals about services for the developmentally disabled, mentally ill or mentally retarded, call the City's Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Alcoholism Services.

Protective Services for Adults
Protective Services for Adults offers assistance to adults (and their families) who because of frailty or physical or mental impairment are endangered by their own actions or by others. If you feel you are being mistreated at home or if you are concerned that a senior is being abused, call for an investigation of the situation.
