The library and information center of the City's official business.

The City Hall Library is the library and information center of
the City's official business. It collects and makes available
to the public things like the City Record (the City's official
announcements of its meetings, dealings and contracts), the laws
and regulations of the State and City of New York, and reference
copies of reports and studies published by City agencies (including
the Mayor's Management Report, the Executive Budget, Comptroller's
audits, and the Public Advocate's studies). The library is open
to the public. For a small fee, you can photocopy useful documents.
