When you hit a pothole as big as a crater, that red light just won't turn green, the streetlight on your block has burned out, or a sign is missing or illegible, call the DOT Customer Service Center. Give the address, cross streets and type of light or sign problem.

Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm
