Towed Vehicles 
Once you're sure you haven't simply forgotten where you parked, call the Tow-Away Hotline to find out who towed your car and where. The Operator will ask you for your license plate number, the color and make of your vehicle, and the last day you saw it. They will give you the cost and explain the pick-up procedure. Set aside 30 minutes to make the call; unfortunately, it could take that long.
