The Department of Health operates six drop-in maternity services centers that provide free pregnancy tests and workshops and counseling for pregnant women and mothers with children under a year old.

The Women's Healthline provides information targeted specifically for women regarding family planning, breast care, menopause, and many other issues. Counselors can make appointments for callers at low-cost clinics and nearby hospitals that provide prenatal services, and they will refer callers for birth control and abortion information and services.
